Arica's services primarily focus on enabling others to eliminate (not just overcome) limiting beliefs and other forms of self-critical behaviors that hold individuals back from achieving their fullest potential, i.e. stopping them from being who and what they're meant to be. "Be Who You Are" is more than a slogan.

Arica's Offer
Techniques used include Arica's personal style of Heart-Centered (regression) Hypnotherapy, holotropic breath work, Gestalt, and other tools.
Individual sessions may be held in client's home (for the Denver area or with added travel expenses), via Zoom, or possibly other video technologies.

No cost introductory or connection contacts are available.
Hypnotherapy and other individual sessions are $500 U.S. and usually last about two hours.
Packages guaranteed to result in client's achieving their goals are usually only $2500-$4000, depending on the number of "quick" or emergency consultations included and the time interval covered.

Hypnotherapy Facts and Misconceptions
There are many misconceptions as to what hypnosis and hypnotherapy are. Entertainment uses of hypnosis have created many false impressions of hypnosis. Hypnosis can NOT be used to control you, force you to do things, or make changes you do not desire. Everyone can be hypnotized; those who have trouble focusing, not those who are intellectual, have more difficulty being hypnotized.
Hypnosis is really just a deeply relaxed state. When a hypnosis state is achieved, awareness of your surroundings remains; you remain in control of yourself. A mild hypnotic state is a fairly common experience such as what is experienced during visualization, meditation, deep concentration, and even repetitive or monotonous actions (intently watching TV and highway trance are two examples).
In a deeply relaxed hypnotic state, the one's ego and defenses are minimized so that deeper subconscious beliefs and memories can be accessed, and modified, as experiences are relived and reinterpreted using new awareness and insights guided by ones wise self and Higher self.
Re-experiencing events in ordinary circumstances is often re-traumatizing, but in proper professionally guided hypnotherapy, healing occurs as experiences are reinterpreted and energy blockages within the body are released. One is never overwhelmed and always finishes a session very relaxed and at peace.
While traditional clinical hypnosis or hypnotherapy works for some people and some issues, relying on post-hypnotic suggestions does not truly heal or even give lasting benefits. Even with those limits, clinical hypnosis and hypnotherapy are generally far more effective than other therapeutic methods.
Barrios, an authority for psychology statistics, gave the following recovery rates: psychoanalysis 38% after 600 sessions, cognitive behavioral (talk) therapy 72% after 22 sessions, and hypnotherapy (generic, not Heart-Centered) 93% after 6 sessions.
