Meet Arica

Arica Ellen King can be described many ways.

The most common is as a loving, change agent who models making changes and helps others change themselves. Arica has been informed, "you changed my life," too many times for her to keep track.

"Arica" means loving, as she was described long before she imagined herself as being that. Other descriptions include Rockstar (by Fascinate Personality profile system), Artisan/Inventor (by Higher Alignment profile system), caring, creative, imaginative, authentic, humble, intelligent, wise, empathic, and other ways.


Arica received/channeled the book titled, "HOPE: Jesus Speaks to Modern America and the World," in May 2024 and got it published in late December, 2024 - postponing finishing her book, "How to Change: Finding and Moving into L.O.V.E. (Living One's Vital Essence)," to be published through Balboa Division of Hey House Publishing, once she completes adding supportive quotations to it. A combination autobiography and self-help book Arica wrote, prior to her introduction to Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy,was titled: Awakening Awareness: Who Am I and Who Are You. It is available from Arica as a PDF file, upon request. Arica describes it as "outdated," in that her life has changed so much since it was written, that in order to complete it, it would require doubling its size - or adding a second volume, covering all that has happened since her introduction to heart–centered hypnotherapy in 2008.

Arica also has many scientific credentials - her skills and knowledge shows she is one who asks herself and others many questions. Her focus now transcends the technical world into the spiritual psychology with connections bridging it's two origin points, University of Santa Monica, founded by Ron and Mary Hulnick, and the Eupsychia Institute, founded by Jacqueline Small.
